Peaches has had the quickest moult ever this year due to laying eggs for a month longer than usual. She dropped her feathers really quickly and had long pins underneath which have quickly started to open. She is now at a weird in between stage where her new feathers are partially opened but not quite enough to cover her downy under feathers.

She does look a bit odd at the moment
I have never seen her sporting this odd look before but I am sure she will be looking beautiful again very soon.
