I thought it was time to start a new page. With the loss of Sugar my journey with seramas was at an end. I had decided not to have any more as they were so delicate and mostly not long lived. Sugar was my last serama and the oldest one at five years old.
Her going left me with six remaining girls which were all Pipinchick girls. But now I had all the breeds from Pipinchick that I liked and it was time to find a new breeder.

We have back, left, Gold and to her right Mango. Middle left, Red and to her right Snow. Bottom right, Storm and to her left Cloud.
On 12/8/25 we picked up two girls from Chickens To Your Door. They deliver to farms around the country for you to collect them from and our nearest was Pangbourne, Reading.
We bought home a citron sebright and a Dutch bantam They settled in beautifully.

They were four months old and would remain in the separated part of the run until they were old enough to move from growers pellets to layers pellets and then be integrated with the rest of the flock. We were back to my favourite flock number of eight.
