After three days of masses of feathers in the chicken shed and run at last it has started to slow down. Red is now looking a bit scruffy but still not too bad considering how many feathers she has been dropping.
I thought I would give the girls a treat so I could get an up to date group photo.
It’s funny to think that not that long ago Snow had no tail. Now her tail is magnificent once more.
Red will soon be looking back to normal and then that will be the moult all finished for this year.
