Snowdrops

I love seeing snowdrops in the garden even if they are in drizzle.

Snowdrops on a drizzly day

They do provide a bit of brightness in what has been a very wet winter.

Me too. I think they’re my favourite flowers because they’re so bright and perfect at such a dull time of year.

You are so right. That is what made me take this photo today. I thought the day was so damp and grey and yet there were the snowdrops shining through.

They are lovely, yours are more advanced to ours, we have a huge pot out side of the consevertory, when they are over, we put the tub back down the garden, at the moment they are just in bud. They make you feel happy, and feel spring is on its way.

Ours have been in bud for ages and seem to have just suddenly opened. We have a larger variety and they are later and only just in bud at the moment. It is lovely to see them and look forward to spring.
