Storm has proved really elusive to catch in the nest box. She is in and out so quickly. Today was our third, four egg, day. We have been getting four eggs every other day. The first two were Gold, Red, Ginger and Silver and today’s was Gold, Red, Ginger and Storm.
Storm was dashing in and out of the nest box. As I haven’t yet managed to get a photo of her in the nest box I went back with my camera but only managed to get two photos. In the first her head was blurred as she was moving it and the second one was completely blurred because she is never still. I went back to try to get a better photo but she was back out and shouting. In the nest box was her egg. Once again she was too quick for me. I decided to use the photo I had even though it’s a bit blurred.
I think I can now stop buying eggs as we have five girls laying and I am sure more will be laying soon.
